Primary 5 and 6 pupils had a fantastic time taking part in a cookery demonstration with LMC, where they learned all about the importance of buying and cooking local food. The children discovered where food comes from, why supporting local producers matters, and how fresh, local ingredients can be used to create tasty and healthy meals.
It was a fun, practical experience that encouraged healthy choices, sustainability and an appreciation of our local community. Well done to all the pupils for their enthusiasm and great participation – and a big thank you to LMC for an informative and enjoyable session! 👏😊
