Today, Primary 5 learned about Saint Brigid and why she is an important figure in Irish history. The class researched key facts about her life and the traditions linked to her feast day on 1st February.
Some of the children also had the opportunity to make Saint Brigid’s Crosses, and they were very proud of their finished work.
