Resilience Workshop with HiP Psychology
Primary 5 pupils recently took part in an engaging Resilience Workshop led by the HiP Psychology Team. The session focused on helping children understand what resilience is and how it can support them in everyday challenges, both in and out of school.
A key theme of the workshop was “Hunt the Good”, where pupils learned how to notice positive moments, even on tricky days. Through discussion and practical activities, the children explored how focusing on positives can help improve well-being and mindset.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of kindness. Pupils shared ideas about showing kindness to others and themselves, and how small acts can make a big difference to how we feel.
Primary 5 thoroughly enjoyed the session and gained valuable strategies they can use to build confidence, resilience and positive relationships. We would like to thank the HiP Psychology Team for a thoughtful and inspiring workshop.
